Case study
J Brothers Construction
A Lincoln residential construction company doing concrete, patio covers, landscaping, fences and gates, and remodels inside and out. Homeowners want to see real work, know the crew is licensed and local, and describe their project without a long phone call. We built their new site in 2026 and look after it.

What they needed
Show the work, prove the license, start the estimate.
Hiring a contractor is about trust. Before anyone fills in a form, they look for real jobs, a license number and signs that the crew is local.
Then they want to describe the project their way: what it is, where it is, how big, and when.

What we built
Their own photos, their own words, a clearer path to an estimate.
We built the new site from the project photos and wording they already had, shared a preview with them, and launched it on their own domain this fall.

01
An estimate form that starts with the project
Step one asks about the job: the type of work, the city, the size, the timeline and a photo if they have one. Step two asks how to reach them, and how they prefer to be contacted.
Each request reaches the business as an email with the project details laid out.

02
Licensed, local, and easy to check
Their California contractor license number sits at the top of every page, with a link to check it on the state's license lookup.
Every service has its own page about the work in Lincoln, with real photos and a button straight to the estimate form.

03
Real homes, real results
Project pages show finished jobs from their own photos, sorted into exterior, landscape and interior work.
On a phone, call, text and estimate buttons stay within reach of a thumb.
How we run it now
Launched this fall, looked after from day one.
The site is new, so this part of the story is just starting. Here is what we look after now:
Estimate requests
Every request arrives by email with the project details, ready to reply to.
Hosting and care
We host the site on their own domain and keep it running.
Visits measured
We can see which pages people visit, so we know what is working.
What it means for the business
A site that does the first conversation for them.
Trust before the call
Real work and a license anyone can check, on every page.
Better estimate requests
Project type, size, timeline and a photo, before anyone picks up the phone.
One local crew, clearly
Every page says where they work and what they do.
