Case study
The Cripple Creek Band
A Northern California band blending country, Americana, bluegrass and southern rock, on stage since 2012. A working band's website has one hard job: be right about the next show, the newest song and how to book them, every time something changes. We have looked after their site since 2020.

What they needed
The next show, the newest song, and a way to book them.
Fans want to know where the band plays next. Venues and festival buyers want to hear them, see them live and reach the right person. Press wants photos and a bio they can use.
All of that changes often: dates get added, festivals get announced, singles come out. The site had to keep up without the band ever logging in to anything.

What we built
One page that puts the next show first.
This fall we moved the band onto our current platform, our own upgrade. Their shows, music, news and photos came across with it.

01
Shows at the top
Upcoming dates sit near the top of the home page with the venue, the town, the set times and a ticket link.
When a date is added or moves, the band tells us and we change it. Nobody at the band has to touch the site.

02
Every release, a tap from playing
Each album and single has its cover and links to listen on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube, with a player right on the page.
When a new single comes out, it goes onto the music section and the news page together.

03
A front door for bookers and press
The contact page takes booking, press and general questions in one short form, and the press kit is a single download.
The news page keeps the band's story in one place, from their first releases to their latest festival bill.
How we run it now
New dates, new songs, new stories.
The band sends us what has changed in their own words. We make the change, check it, and put it live. A few of the requests we have handled:
“Add our new show dates to the website.”
“Put the summer festival on the shows list.”
“Our new single is out. Add it to the music and news pages.”
“Put together a press kit people can download.”
What it means for the band
A site that keeps up with a working band.
The next show is always right
New dates go up as soon as the band sends them.
Everything a booker asks for
Bio, music, video, press kit and a form that reaches the band, in one place.
Nothing to log in to
They tell us what changed. We make it and check it before it goes live.
