Case study
Adagio For Hair
An El Dorado Hills salon for hair, extensions and skin, with a team built on a stylist level system. Guests want to book, understand the levels and see who they will sit with. We have looked after the salon's website since 2020.

What they needed
Book in a tap, and know what you are booking.
Salon guests book on their phones, often in a spare minute. The button has to be right there.
They also want to understand the menu: what a level means, which services suit them, and who does extensions or skin. The site had to explain it and still feel as polished as the visit.

What we built
A polished salon site with booking always in reach.
We moved the salon onto our current platform this year, our own upgrade. Their services, team pages and booking came across with it.

01
Booking from every page
A Book Now button stays on screen on every page and opens the salon's own Phorest booking, so guests book without leaving the site.
Gift cards go through the same checkout, and can be sent straight away or on a chosen day.

02
Room for every part of the salon
Extensions and skin each have their own pages, alongside the rewards program, referral program, gift cards and salon policies.
The team page can be filtered by role, and the join-our-team and model forms reach the salon directly.
How we run it now
New faces, new programs, kept current.
The salon sends changes as they happen: someone joins the team, a program launches, a bio needs a fix. A few of the requests we have handled:
“Add our new stylist to the team page and change the order.”
“Put up a page for our rewards program.”
“Update the details in one of our stylists' bios.”
Business email
We look after the salon's email as well as the site.
Their own booking
Booking and gift cards run on the salon's own system. We keep the site pointing to it.
Changes checked first
Every change is checked before it goes live.
What it means for the salon
A site that feels like the salon and books like an app.
Booking always in reach
One button, on every page, straight into the salon's booking.
The menu, explained
Services and levels are explained before guests arrive.
A current team
New stylists and programs go up when they happen.
